Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Donations and Payments

• All donations made to CPSFNGO are voluntary and non-refundable.
• We accept donations through secure payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking via Razorpay.
• All funds received are utilized strictly for charitable programs and projects in alignment with our mission and objectives.

2. Refund Policy

Donations made to CPSFNGO are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, a refund request may be considered at our sole discretion — such as in cases of:

• Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions;
• Duplicate payments;
• Errors in donation processing.

To request a refund, please note the following conditions:

• The request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the donation.
• You must provide proof of transaction, a copy of the donation receipt, and a valid reason for the request.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method used for the transaction.

3. Cancellation Policy

Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot be canceled.

For recurring (monthly or periodic) donations, you may cancel future payments by contacting us at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled transaction. The cancellation of recurring donations will take effect from the next billing cycle.
